OUR STORY

How Uptown Scoops Started

Uptown Scoops was born out of a desire to bring something special to the heart of our community—a welcoming, family-centered spot in the beautiful Uptown District. As a long-time resident and community leader, I saw the need for a place where families, friends, and neighbors could gather, laugh, and make sweet memories together.

We offer a unique frozen custard and homemade cookie experience, blending nostalgia with creativity. Many of our recipes come straight from my own kitchen, including customer favorites like the Nutty Crumble—our signature twist on the classic Butter Pecan Concrete or Sundae. Every cookie we serve is either a treasured family recipe or one I personally developed, always with a focus on bold flavors and unforgettable textures.
